The following are claimed as trademarks of Prodia Systems Limited, whether or not registered:

• SKYSHARK and SKYSHARK.AI (word marks)
• The SKYSHARK shark device — the stylised shark emblem used in the site header and app icon
• “THREATS END HERE.” (tagline)
• PRODIA and PRODIA SYSTEMS (parent company marks)

The absence of a ™ or ® symbol does not waive any rights. Trademark applications are in progress; this page will be updated as registrations complete.

2. Copyright

All site content — text, artwork, photography, interface design, illustration and code — is © 2026 Prodia Systems Limited. All rights reserved. No content may be reproduced, distributed, adapted or made available to the public without prior written permission, except as permitted by Irish and EU copyright exceptions (e.g. quotation for review with attribution).

3. Technology and patents

The SKYSHARK product embodies proprietary computer-vision, sensor-fusion and response-orchestration technology held centrally by Prodia Systems Limited under its IP and governance framework. Patent formation activity is ongoing; an Irish patent application has been filed by the group. Nothing on this site grants any patent licence.

4. Permitted references

You may refer to SKYSHARK by name in factual, nominative contexts (reviews, news, interoperability statements) provided the reference is truthful, does not imply endorsement or partnership, and does not use our logos without written permission.

5. Third-party marks

Any third-party names or marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
